Somatic Release is a slow, gentle practice that invites the body to soften and let go. Through simple, mindful movement and moments of stillness, we listen inward and allow the nervous system to unwind at its own pace.

This class isn’t about effort or performance—it’s about sensing, resting, and returning to the body’s natural rhythm. Expect subtle, floor-based movements, guided pauses, and deep support for release. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home in yourself.
